Construction and investment projects management

The company is working mainly in the area of executing of building projects, and has a team of highly qualified workers as also the necessary equipment. Our activities include: building of reinforced concrete structures and facilities to them for residential, office, public and industrial buildings, and also completion of finishing work to those (fulfillment of electrical installations, water-conduits and sewerage in buildings, facade thermo systems, dry (plasterboard) building, paneling, lining and floorings, plastering and painting, etc.). Also the company has a team of workers and equipment for building of light and heavy steel structures.
A main aim of our company in structuring and fulfillment of tasks is to offer complete building solutions that to satisfy the requirements of the investment projects of our partners.

The company is specialized in consultant and project-management services in the area of residential, office, public and industrial construction projects, that are necessary for every investor in order the investment project to be effectively realized in time, and also administratively when the buildings and facilities are accepted for exploitation.
The offered management includes the whole process of project realization of our partners. Beginning with technical control of projecting, preliminary evaluating of the project, preparation and implementation of auctions for the separate parts of the building activity, qualitative and quantitative control of all contractors and sub-contractors, and legalizing and accepting for exploitation of the corresponding object.

The building of partition walls, claddings and ceiling of plasterboard takes a great part of the marketing of our company. It is one of the company activities since its creation. We have in that area a lot of resources based on highly qualified personnel and long-term experience (see the enclosed list of reference objects).

The company has an equipped workshop and specialized workers for creating and fitting of steel structures for buildings since 2006. We have resources for creating steel structures for halls, storehouses and other industrial objects, roofs, penthouses, parapets, lattices and other products necessary for building of residential, office and public facilities
